Convert gross salary to net take-home pay — or net to gross — with 2026 deduction rates. Everything runs in your browser.

**In short.** In 2026 the minimum wage is TRY 33,030.00 gross and TRY 28,075.50 net. Converting gross to net, the employee's social security share (14%) and unemployment insurance share (1%) are deducted; wages at the minimum-wage level are exempt from income and stamp tax, while the portion above it is taxed.

**How the calculation works**

1. **Start from the gross salary** — The monthly gross figure in the employment contract is taken as the base, including bonuses and premiums where applicable.
2. **Deduct the employee's SGK share (14%)** — Earnings subject to premium are capped between the SGK floor and ceiling; no premium is withheld above the ceiling.
3. **Deduct unemployment insurance (1%)** — Calculated on the same premium base as the SGK share.
4. **Calculate income tax** — The remainder is the income tax base. The portion matching the minimum wage is exempt; the excess is taxed on the progressive wage tariff, with the cumulative base accruing through the year.
5. **Calculate stamp tax (0.759%)** — The portion matching the minimum wage is exempt here as well.
6. **Arrive at the net salary** — Net salary = gross − (SGK + unemployment + income tax + stamp tax).

This net-gross salary calculator shows an employee's take-home pay after statutory deductions. In 2026, a gross salary is reduced by 14% employee SGK, 1% unemployment insurance (employee share), income tax and 0.759% stamp tax.

Income tax is levied on a cumulative base with progressive brackets over the year; this tool gives an estimate for the first month. With the minimum-wage exemption enabled, the income and stamp tax attributable to the minimum wage (2026: gross ₺33,030, net ₺28,075.50) is deducted for every employee — the statutory exemption on wages.
